I am up skilling from my Health Coaching skills to getting a Diploma in Transformational Coaching with Animas Coaching (accredited with ICF, AC and EMCC).  The training will be completed by October 2025. I am excited to continue to take on clients during this period.

Transformational Coaching

Transformational Coaching is a powerful approach to personal development which has a focus on deep lasting change. Unlike traditional coaching that often targets specific goals or performance improvements, transformational coaching aims to shift a person's mindset, beliefs, identity and emotional patterns to unlock their full potential. It is a holistic collaborative, non-directive, non-judgemental approach to change. 

Coaching sessions content

1.  Discovery Call.  To discover clients goals, challenges and desires.

2. Check in. Where is the client at? Review of progress from last session

3. Deep exploration. Uncovering beliefs, narratives, and emotional blocks. Asking powerful open questions. Identifying patterns, or recurring themes.

4. Creating Shift. Challenging beliefs. Helping the client to access new perspectives. Guide them to embody new ways of being. Align themselves with their values or deeper purpose.

5. Integration and Action. Identifying actions. Practices for reflection. Clarify support or accountability needed.

6. Close the session. Reflect on the session and anykey insights. Celebrate any break throughs. Schedule next session or plan next steps. 


INTRODUCING MINDFULNESS

Introducing Mindfulness 1:1 on Zoom

Created by Oxford Mindfulness Federation. 3 x 1 hour sessions. New course for complete beginners in Mindfulness or for participants who would like to do a refresher for continued practice. 

Home Practice

The home practice for this course is only 10 minutes a day of formal practice (body scan, 3 step breathing space) and a few minutes of informal practice (10 finger gratitude, Mindfulness of everyday activities) which makes it very accessible for beginners and for participants who are short of time.

Anchoring without the breath

 The breathing space now has options for those that find breath work triggering.

Session 1. Paying Attention on Purpose with Curiosity and Care

Attention as a gateway to experience. Where and how we choose to place our attention shapes our experience. We can learn to gather the scattered mind and train our attention.

Session 2. Perspective: Learning new ways of being.

Exploring different ways of being and knowing: thinking, experiential and observing (de-centring).

Different ways of knowing/being as ground for wisdom and self-care.

Breathing space as a vehicle to recognise and shift within modes.

Session 3. Responding Skilfully

"Between stimulus and response, there is a space."  Taking a breathing space creates space.

Recognising, allowing and de-centering from experience is a key step in responding. Responding skilfully is a practice for all aspects of our life, for life.

Session 5

Turning Towards Difficulties. (from reacting to responding)


Session 6

Taking Care of Yourself. (your wild and precious life)
